Service promise...

Our company accordance with national regulation, for domestic products, free replace within one week, and free fixing within one years, maintenance lifetime. For products sold oversea, free fixing within one year after goods shipped, but must meet below conditions:

1 ． Offer the origin certificate of “ Sunbird-Sharp China Warranty Letter ” ;
2 ． For case belongs to below situation, our company will not guarantee fixing:
a. Damage caused by force major
b. Damage caused by delivery, keeping and installation
c. Damage caused by improper installation, using and repairing.
d. Products opened or dismantle by person without our company's authority
e. Product model, series number; warranty letter has been altered or fabricated.
f. Wrong warranty letter.
3 ． Below services are not included in warranty repairing service:
a. Change product voltage/ frequency/Video system
b. Daily checking and adjust
c. Decoration and accessories of any machines (for instance: antenna, connecting cable, remoter, machine shell, panel, disc core and meshwork of the speaker etc.
d. Please refer to Performance Fault Form of the attached warranty card for detailed scope of warranty.

For tested new products that have delivered to the customer, and hasn't been sold or install on vehicle, if there are any obvious defect that not caused by incident or improper function and influence selling, our company promise to replace, the deliver fee is bear on our own.
